I’ve been inside for a while, I decided to go out and take some LS911 photos, so I drove to Saratoga looking for some ferns to photograph. Ansel Adams fern photos have been on my mind for a while. I wasn’t able to find the fern I was looking for, but I got this shot. Later I’ll go into the forest and find the perfect fern.

Since the camera was setup, I took a 4k video of the ferns and blew on them for a little action:

On my way back from the mountains I stopped at the Saratoga library. I wanted to take a close up of some blossoms on a branch, but this tree stood out and I thought that it would contrast well with the sky in IR. I was going to take a comparison shot with my Canon 6D but I couldn’t see anything through the IR 950 filter, so I didn’t.
